The Site is Crap!
I know, I know!
Please understand, all visitors, that Rochester Parkour is going through some ground breaking changes and there is a lot on the table. Kieran has been working diligently on a new site construction and the new site will be live shortly.

Rochester Parkour Classes
Rochester Parkour is now offering classes at the Kour Magic Gymnastics Center. Classes are being taught by Charles Moreland, co-founder of the community back in 2007 who is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist!
Mondays and Wednesdays
Ages 10-16 6 - 7:30pm
Ages 17+ 7:45 - 9:15pm
$100 per month or $15 per class
All money is being donated to Rochester Parkour to help us move into our own facility.
The classes will teach basic parkour techniques with heavy conditioning overtones.
